What is Advocacy?
Advocacy Northants provides short- term, issue-based advocacy where people require the support of an independent advocate during a major change in their life i.e. moving home, or a particular issue such as making a complaint. The advocate is a person who is not involved in the persons issues or decision, and offers independent support to help the person make the decision which is right for them. |

is a person who supports or speaks in favour of a cause or another
